Note: The attendee should be below than 33 years of age. This is the special registration fee for junior & trainee ophthalmology, research fellows, ophthalmic nurses and new comer.
Note: This is the special concessional fee for under-graduate, graduate, post-graduate students. To be able to register as a student delegates must present a proof of full time enrolment at a recognized university or college for both, the time of registration and during the congress.
This option is most suitable for those who are unable to attend the conference due to their schedule conflicts, visa issues and others. Via Video Presentation, you can deliver an oral presentation (pre-recorded HD video).

Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 90 days of the conference start date. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.
Note : Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference. No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, pandemic’s, natural calamities, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. or other conditions or circumstances beyond conference committee's control.
